...If the buyer is not happy with their puppy, it can be returned within one week for a replacement of equal value or a refund of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the pup's return.

...Pups bred at Caprock Labs carry a hip and eye guarantee. OFA will only certify dogs that have reached 24 months of age. For this guarantee to be honored, the dog must be x-rayed and certified by OFA within 2 months of reaching 24 months of age.

...CERF will certify pups at 6 weeks of age. When possible, Caprock Labs will try to have the pup's eyes examined before they leave our kennel. If we are not able to have this done at that time, the eyes must be certified by the time the dog reaches 1 year of age.

...In the event that a Caprock Labs dog is suspected of having canine hip dysplasia or inheritable eye disease, this is the procedure to follow:

...1) Notify Caprock Labs by phone or mail.

...2) Submit hip radiographs to OFA for their interpretation. A copy of the radiographs and OFA eveluation must be sent to Caprock Labs. The dog must be under 26 months of age.

...3) Have the dog examined by an ACVO accredited vet. Send letter from an ACVO vet stating the dog cannot be CERF certified to Caprock Labs. The dog must be under one year of age.

...If the dog cannot obtain a normal hip or eye certification, then the entire purchase price of any dog covered by this guarantee may be applied to a puppy from any Caprock Labs litter of your choice. If the price of the replacement pup is greater than than the original pup purchased, the buyer will pay the difference. To be covered by the Caprock Labs guarantee:

...1) The dog must have Caprock as the prefix of his AKC registered name.

...2) The dog must be returned to us in good health and the dog's registration certification must be returned to us, signing ownership back to us.

...3) The dog must be registered in the original owner's name and have not been sold or transferred.

...4) The dog must not have been bred.

...5) The dog must be under 26 months of age for the hip guarantee to apply and under 12 months of age for the eye guarantee to apply.

...Caprock Labs does not pay vet fees or any other associated costs such as CERF or OFA fees or shipping costs.

...I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE GUARANTEE AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE SAME.
